At Superful, customer satisfaction matters to us.

Due to the consumable nature of our ready-to-drink beverages, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order information.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened beverage products cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us. Superful reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements.
